We are a team of seasoned international professional coaches, trainers and consultants, based in the US, France, UK, Germany and Spain.
We've worked with over 150 organizations in 80 different countries, ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to start-ups, local governments and public sector institutions to SMEs. We are thought leaders in the fields of executive and team coaching, experiential virtual and face-to-face learning and development. Javier Carbajo
I am a 4th generation entrepreneur with a passion for learning. After completing a BA in Business Administration, I launched my career in leadership development and coaching. Since 2009 I’ve coached more than 100 teams inside Airbus in Europe and North America, developing my expertise in leadership and team dynamics. I recently obtained a certificate in Mechanical Engineering and started an MBA with Boston University. I am an advisory to the board of my grandfather’s business, a flour mill in Zamora, Spain. I work in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
Christopher Stratford
After receiving a Masters Degree in Agricultural Engineering and Renewable Energy, I worked for the UN in Tanzania. After receiving an MBA, I’ve focussed on helping clients finding solutions to cultural change and integration challenges resulting from Mergers and Acquisitions, privatizations and other transformation projects. I’ve enjoyed sharing my expertise in with 100+ public and private institutions in more than 80 countries.
